U.S. governors seek $1 trillion federal assistance
Fri Jan 2, 2009 5:48pm EST
Five Democratic governors have asked the Obama administration for $1 Trillion dollars in state aid for schools, roads and infrastructure, unemployment benefits, and assistance in tackling rising home foreclosures through loan modification programs. The govs apparently spent more than their allowance, and want daddy to pay up so they can continue to live the lifestyle to which they have become accustomed. Only problem is, Obama doesn't have the money either, but we know this sugar daddy is bound to come through for the chillin's. There ain't no free lunch, but daddy sure won't let that little inconvenience get in the way. Because he knows there are people out there whose pockets he can pick whenever he lets his hounds, Nancy and Harry, off their leashes to tear into their prey.
