Interesting blog detailing some of the partakers in the feeding frenzy for stimulus funds. Reminds me of watching bluefish chasing menhaden right up to the RI beaches and then attacking with wild and savage ferocity. In nature, it's a scary, yet awe-inspiring sight. In government, it's just scary.
